One of my favorite parts of writing Bloodstone Moon was developing the relationship between Stacy and Tristan.
Their connection may be powerful, but that does not make their journey easy. They must overcome misunderstandings, fear, outside threats, and the expectations placed upon them by others. Trust grows slowly, and love must be demonstrated through actions rather than promises.
At the heart of the story is a question many of us can understand:
Can two people build a future together without losing who they are?
Stacy refuses to disappear into Tristan’s world. Tristan must learn that loving her means standing beside her rather than making every decision for her. Their relationship becomes stronger because they challenge each other, support each other, and eventually choose each other freely.
